Q: How do I change my password?
A: Click on your email address located in the top right corner of the web site. Then click on the link "Reset my password". This will take your profile management page, simply click on "Change my password" and complete the form. Be sure to read the password complexity requirements.
Q: I am trying to change my password and I keep getting an error?
A: This is caused by your password not meeting the complexity requirements.
Q: How do I notify Food Standards Australia New Zealand of an established food-health relationship?
A: Follow the below steps:
  1. Create a FSANZ account by clicking login (top right corner of this page) and clicking "Sign up for a new account"
  2. Once you have created your account a confirmation email will be sent to you, be sure you click the link in this email to activate your account
  3. Now that you account is activated you can login
  4. From the home page of this portal, click the "Add a food-health relationship notification" link
  5. Complete all fields and click save
  6. Once saved, your submission will be processed for publishing onto the FSANZ register. All communications will be sent to your nominated FSANZ account email address
